A distinguished professional with a Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Dr. Kaskatı has over 20 years of experience across diverse fields, including social policies, IT, data Science, transportation, healthcare, and energy.

His career spans leadership roles in large-scale international projects funded by the European Union, United Nations, and World Bank.

Dr. Kaskatı's expertise includes statistical analysis, data science, project management, and the development of cutting-edge technologies like AI-powered systems.

His academic roles and contributions to research further solidify his position as an authority in analytical methods, making him a cornerstone of TANES's innovative approach to engineering and consultancy solutions.

Mr. Mesut Sinan Orun

Co-Founder

A seasoned civil engineer with advanced degrees in Construction Management, Mr. Orun has led complex infrastructure and development projects across Turkey, Europe, CIS countries, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

His career highlights include managing multi-million-dollar construction projects, ranging from healthcare facilities and industrial plants to infrastructure and large-scale urban housing projects.

As a proficient project manager and contract administrator, Mr. Orun has extensive experience with contract administration, risk management, and capacity building for government and private clients.

His hands-on approach and global experience underpin TANES's commitment to delivering projects that align with international standards and best practices.
